Not only was Alaina extremely professional, she knew that I had concerns because my hair is difficult. She took her time to get to "know" my hair as well as listen to my concerns and previous experiences. She made some recommendations and we moved to the shampoo area. Let me tell you if there are words to convey the level of bliss I experienced, I do not know them. I am 100% satisfied with the outcome and did schedule my next appointment before I left!
THE ABSOLUTE WORST haircut! MONEY WASTED!! Here's an idea, before waking up one day and deciding to become a hair stylist, try going to school first, instead of practicing on customers and ruining their hair in the process.
Sheila is the best! I am so happy to have found a stylist in Winona! She is friendly, knowledgeable and you can't beat the laid back family atmosphere!
