If zero stars was an option, that's what I would choose. I purchased a gift card for my husband, so he could get a haircut for his birthday. He accidentally lost it. The receipt was tucked in with the card. I came in , explained what happened & showed my account statement with the purchase but was told without the receipt there was nothing they could do . They didn't even try to help, did not seem to care. This was my first visit & now my last. It's a shame.
