I had an absolutely horrible experience at this salon. During my visit, the nail tech openly made fun of my naturally short nails, which I’ve had for years without issue. She began putting regular nail polish over my dip powder, and when I asked why, she said it was to make them “look even.” When I told her to stop, she continued blaming the appearance on my short nails instead of her technique. First, we entered the salon, and it was empty. There was only 1 person who was getting her nails done and we were quite surprised. However, after the way we were treated. We knew exactly why no one was in this nail shop! From the moment we walked in…the lady sitting at the nail desk to your right was rude. I just had the best experience with Ing. She gave me a beautiful full set manicure, even staying after they closed to ensure my nails were perfect. She was so nice and didn’t rush just because it was late. She even waxed my eyebrows to make sure I was looking beautiful for my engagement party! I will definitely be returning and requesting her as my nail tech. 💕
