Wanted to like it because the facility is nice and clean but the service was really rude more than one time. Multiple times they tried to upsell me with gel when I over and over said no. When we went over to get nails done she started doing a French tip when I never asked for that. I settled for the color on my toes because I thought it would be easiest instead of trying to get another color. The person who did my nails was really rude more than once. Review edited. Amazing pedicure! They take their time and give an amazing service. All their products are house made and they smell beautiful. Great attention to detail and comfort. Felt so relaxed during my pedicure and hot stone massage. Very professional and the salon is beautiful. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. This is the second time I have gotten a pedicure here. Both times I have not been impressed. The first pedicure felt rushed and not very relaxing. Today my mom and I went again because she had a gift card. We got sole relief pedicures which include a foot massage (if you can even call it that). She basically just rubbed my legs up and down. There was no massaging of the feet or calves/legs. My mom said her massage was okay and felt good on her arches while my girl did not even touch my foot during the massage. I have been getting my nails done by Mia for the last three years. I always have great service and leave with amazing nails.
I never write reviews, but after I've left for college I realize how much I took this place for granted. I never left this place without a perfect set, or if I didn't the tiniest of a flaw. The prices were great, the nail artists were quick, and this place did me right every single time. Since leaving for college I went to a different nail place, paid the same price, and at the other place my nails were as BOTCHED as could possibly ever be, or imagined!
