Came in for an arm wax, there’s hair patches left on my arm. Job was not done well, lady seemed like she was in a rush. Got a bruise on my arm as well after the wax. Do not recommend

I booked myself and my daughter for a birthday treat today. It was agreed on the phone that we would decide the best facials to get each of us once we arrived. Upon arriving we sat in reception and Lexa helped advise on the different facial options via the pamphlet. My daughter selected one and I selected another. My daughter was taken in to the room and I waited a further ten minutes before going into my room.
