Booked a Hotel room stay at Caesars Southern Indiana for 2 nights with a 90 minute couples legendary massage at Indulge Spa. Our appointment was for 1PM on Thursday 4/20. I had booked this 3 weeks in advanced. We went down to the Spa located within the hotel main lobby (front desk) around 12:30 PM and the Spa was closed. When 1PM came there was no one there to open the business. At about 1:01 PM in came a worker through an employee door.
