I would hope this review gets noticed by the Company Executives I am newly positioned as the Maintenance Manager here at Acra Cast in Bay City Mi. and we recently had a Catastrophic electrical malfunction in our melting furnace (which is circa 1976) Engineer Scott Hood was sent by Inductotherm after we had conducted repairs but still could not get back to normal operation.
