What is the first thing any dr. office is suppose to check when you make an appointment? I waited 2 months for an appointment at this office. I gave them my Insurance info when i made the appointment. I get to my appointment and go through all the preliminary steps, fill out all the paperwork meet with one of the staff for for vitals, than I'm told I'm not covered by insurance, and would need to end the visit. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Indrani Sen Hightower. My mother was seen for memory concerns, and I was present by phone for the entire appointment because she has difficulty remembering medical information. Had two visits with Dr.Hightower and after the latest, will definitely be finding a new provider for any future care. During both visits she was unprofessional. She spent almost half of one appointment discussing personal issues (love life, family, etc.) that for some could be triggering based on the topics as they are NSFW.
