I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Indrani Sen Hightower. My mother was seen for memory concerns, and I was present by phone for the entire appointment because she has difficulty remembering medical information. Had two visits with Dr.Hightower and after the latest, will definitely be finding a new provider for any future care. During both visits she was unprofessional. She spent almost half of one appointment discussing personal issues (love life, family, etc.) that for some could be triggering based on the topics as they are NSFW. While her staff was wonderful. She is unprofessional saw my husband for 5 min after a major seizure which he was hospitalized for. 2nd appt, canceled and when we went in for reschedule, kept waiting for over an hour and still was not seen. HORRIBLE
