Had two visits with Dr.Hightower and after the latest, will definitely be finding a new provider for any future care. During both visits she was unprofessional. She spent almost half of one appointment discussing personal issues (love life, family, etc.) that for some could be triggering based on the topics as they are NSFW. While her staff was wonderful. She is unprofessional saw my husband for 5 min after a major seizure which he was hospitalized for. 2nd appt, canceled and when we went in for reschedule, kept waiting for over an hour and still was not seen. HORRIBLE
I have been a patient of Dr Hightower for years now because she is awesome. She is an extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, dedicated professional who truly cares about her patients well being. She has been a lifesaver to me more times than I can count. The office staff is great as well.
Dr Hightower is so knowledgeable about everything especially the brain, She’s like the best doctor I have ever had and I’ve been to a lot of neurologist and neural surgeons.
