The staff is very unprofessional and downright rude. When I was there I was cutoff by an employee and they went to someone else behind me.

Extremely poor customer service. Last week we purchased some stuff that we realized later had expired date from April 2019 and was still on the shelf. When we confronted them in store to return it, they started being rude. Manager was really unprofessional and did not have courtesy to talk properly. For some reason we did not have the purchase receipt, without which he said they cannot address our issue. I love their pita bread.. so many choices of Mediterranean food...their biryani is very delicious...
I purchased tea for $11.99 and Turkish candy for $4.99 on Feb 10 The total was $16.98 and I signed for the credit card payment. Even though you do not get to the signature part until the card has been authorized, the store had a problem printing out a receipt and told me the payment had not gone through. So, they (cashier and I assume a supervisor, who was called over to assist) insisted on another payment, which I did to another card.
