Previously my experience here has been good but I feel it has degraded. I was pressured to have a wheel alignment without the car being examined by technicians, later I was quoted $1000 more for work than the VW certified business I use for my other VW vehicle quoted. The car was not washed as it has been in the past. Very professional and efficient. Excellent service. I particularly would like to thank Ali who was not only incredibly helpful with booking my car, and arranging all the parts to be fixed in great convenient time. Terrible experience after doing service for our Touareg. There was some issues occurred after the service. When called the team they said next available date is after a month. Usually any car service if any issues occurred with the service they will ask us bring back straight away to look at it. But here no. You have to wait another month for them to look at it. I shouldn't have choose their service and never to buy a volkswagen
