After following up for the 4th time (2 sms reply, 1 email and 1 contact form through their website) to book the repairs on my car (VW), based on what they identified during my last service I have given up with Automall West. I will take it to another Euro specialist shop instead, echoing the below reviews.
The staff at VW Indooroopilly Service / Automall West are absolutely fantastic; especially Breanna (Bree) - very professional. I have had my vehicles serviced by the VW Indooroopilly Service department every year for the past 5 years, they are so easy to deal with (the experience is low stress & no anxiety). 100% would recommend using the VW Indooroopilly Service centre.
I've tried 10 times to get in touch over three days. They don't answer their phones or return the call when a message is left. Hopeless.
I'm surprised that there is servicing occurring at auto mall anymore. Ive tried numerous occasions in the past 6 months to get in touch. Trying to call the number either has it ring out or if you get a voicemail no one returns the call. I still have an email address from past servicing and no responses there either. Nor on the Go Connect app. Lost interest in trying and now go to another service centre who are super responsive and accommodating. Previously my experience here has been good but I feel it has degraded. I was pressured to have a wheel alignment without the car being examined by technicians, later I was quoted $1000 more for work than the VW certified business I use for my other VW vehicle quoted. The car was not washed as it has been in the past. Once again there was an issue with the loan car & it was assumed I had used the online booking system, and was told I should have called to confirm the loan car's availability.
