Man this service branch makes McDonalds look like they hire rocket scientists.. If this is their highest rated then Volkswagen should be majorly concerned. Repeatedly hung up on when trying to even get through the prompts to book a service, trying multiple times throughout the day. Eventually got through to someone who barely sounds old enough to drive let alone handle scheduling. She then struggled (without any self awareness) to manage a basic phone call, one where we got nowhere on the call — but sure enough shocked me ou... read more
