It's very unfortunate that this has been absorbed by AutoMall because customer service has gone to hell (I haven't had any issues with actual mechanical work). Just getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible - I tried the service and parts lines several times and kept getting transferred or put on hold until the call dropped. Man this service branch makes McDonalds look like they hire rocket scientists.. If this is their highest rated then Volkswagen should be majorly concerned. Repeatedly hung up on when trying to even get through the prompts to book a service, trying multiple times throughout the day. Eventually got through to someone who barely sounds old enough to drive let alone handle scheduling. She then struggled (without any self awareness) to manage a basic phone call, one where we got nowhere on the call — but sure enough shocked me ou... read more
