I’ve tried calling this service centre multiple times, but no one ever answers the phone, and it always goes to voicemail. I left messages, but nobody has bothered to call me back. I even tried reaching out via their online chat to leave a message and book a service, and still received no call back at all. Time keeps passing, and I feel completely ignored as a customer. I’ve never experienced such poor communication from a service centre. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. Don’t waste your time and energy here.
What a disappointment! Never have I been to a service centre that could not identify the problems even after they were spelled out. A day of ‘fixing the problem’ and it occurred again right after car was picked up. Three hundred dollars for people to mess around doing nothing. What a joke! Will never return. Will not buy from Subaru again.
Subaru yet again. Absolutely no customer service and poor or lack of communication. Too my car in for a service today and told it would be ready by 11.00. The time comes and goes, so I give them leeway. At 2.00 pm I go to the office and enquire to be told that it'll be another 30 mins. An hour later I return to be told that it was ready at 11.00. Every time I do the service with them they get it wrong.
