I had my Subaru serviced at Indooroopilly yesterday. Ali was my Service Advisor and was there to meet me at the drop off. Ali texted me his contact number so he could answer any of my questions during the day. The car was finished in under 3 hours. I was able to pay online. Everything was documented and I received a copy of all the work and my receipt when I picked up the car. They have everything online and will contact me when the next service is due. Very terrible service. Asking for hundreds of dollars to repair a concerning error light when some dude at supercheap fixed it for under $20. Also they often don’t answer the phone and don’t call back as other reviewers have mentioned. Dishonest and unethical business practises
My review is about the Subaru service team at Hasp St 17 Mile Rocks. Randall was friendly and helpful and provided useful advice about a couple of technical issues, one of which saved us a significant cost. The Hasp St team have always provided reasonable service.
