First service on my BRZ today, included in the service is to rotate the tyres, I asked brendon for the tyres to be rotated, come home and they haven't been rotated, I pay for a service and don't get the full service, what else have they missed, I tried to call several times but no one picks up, looks like I will need to find somewhere else to service my car, first time customer? What business does not answer there phone.

Have tried calling all day, no department or the reception even answers the phone, does this business even still exist??
Normally fine to get logbook service done here like your regular GP visit but if anything slightly wrong they will send you to specialist somewhere across the river for diagnosis and repair where is super inconvenient. It's a shame that the workshop near Toowong tower is closed. Maybe next time try the one in the city that's close to transport and cafe.
