Very efficient from start to finish. As the service was at Indooroopilly Shoppingtown, we could get some shopping done while waiting for the service to complete. They notify you by text which was great and were done 1/2 hour sooner. We shopped around for this service at other log book providers, however they were competitive so stayed with them for this service.
Had an amazing experience buying our car thanks to Felipe. From start to finish he was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer every question, made the whole process easy, and never once made us feel pressured. Couldn’t be happier with the 10/10 service — highly recommend asking for him
Good communication and efficient friendly service
I bought my Subaru from here and have been very happy with the after sales service and also the ongoing regular servicing. Raphael H and Felipe were fantastic to work with. They were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Servicing is fast and I never get the feeling I’m being ripped off as I have at other car service establishments.
Excellent buying experience with Felipe at Automall West Indooroopilly trading up to our new Subaru Outback, including sorting some issues with the trade-in, and arranging good quality front and rear dash cams for the new car.
