I brought my 2022 Honda CRV to the Seventeen Mile Rocks service centre after being referred by Honda Indooroopilly for an engine oil leak. Despite the car being only three years old, I was told it required three replacement parts—one of which would take up to 12 weeks to arrive from Japan. Fix your phone lines. Tried over 2 hours .No one answers from your end . No sales, no service, no parts . Going to voice mail whole day every day. No way to choose options , Nothing works.
Tried to ring on several occasions about a service and parts inquiry, over different days. Only to go through the options for the call to hang up. Tried the other departments same thing. All calls were made within their stated open hours. Very poor system
I had my service done today and everything was perfect, as usual ! But something I really want to mention is Breanna (girl from front desk) she was just a lovely, lovely, nice girl and honestly made the whole thing even better and easier. Wish everyone had her positive attitude! All the best for Honda Service team !
