We have had so many issue with this service centre over the last 3 yrs. They promise one thing and do another. Today Booked an express 90 min service. And my car is still not done 3 and half hour later!!
I have taken my Honda to Indooroopilly since the service centre moved from Toowong. Never had issues with Toowong. I’ve been trying to book my car in for a service for months. I need some specific repairs done so I can’t just book online (need to make sure they have the right parts ordered). But no one ever answers the phone when I try to call. Unfortunately an increasingly disappointing experience. We’ve been taking our car in for three years, and have never had an issue until recently. Our Honda passed a service on Dec 12 with flying colours, including battery test. Less than two weeks later it wouldn’t start. We called the centre who said everyone was busy and would call back, no one did. Called again a few hours later and was told we’d have to have the car towed at our own expense to a different service centre, with all repairs then to be out of pocket costs. I... read more
Useless. Online bookings and confirmations mean nothing. Hard to get to and not worth the effort. Brand service centres like these are the reason people get their cars serviced elsewhere
In person this is a nice place and services are done to an acceptable standard. However, I've had one issue with my car for years that remains unsolved. Every time I chase it up they say things are happening behind the scenes and I'll be kept in the loop but I NEVER hear from them. Also, it's a mission to have your phone call answered in the first place. I've called and waited on hold, only for the call to be ended on their end before anyone even answers.
