Admin staff are absolutely beautiful. So kind, helpful and very welcoming. I have been seeing Dr Andrews for a decade now and I refuse to see anyone else. I followed him over to Indooroopilly from his old practice and am delighted that the staff are just as wonderful as he is. He is a highly intelligent and caring professional. Cannot recommend this practice and Dr Andrews enough.
Dr Matthew is pretty good and is very clear about billing but other doctors are not.Billing is very confusing. Some doctors bulk bill while others don't. When asked, doctors say check with reception and reception says it depends on the doctor.It would be beneficial to know about billing prior to the appointment rather than feeling like shooting in the dark.
