I’ve used their service many times—bouquets, orchids in a pot, flowers for school formals, etc. The four ladies who run the shop are always kind and genuinely helpful. A couple of weeks ago, I needed a bouquet after work but got stuck in traffic and arrived ten minutes before closing. Even though they were already packing up, the lady with silver hair kindly showed me all the bouquets available and let me choose without any rush. 19/11 Wednesday around 4pm the store assistant’s were so mean and disrespectful, they give customer attitude and need more patience plz.
I have been going to this florist for years! because they are the best when it comes to service, presentation, reliability and overall great satisfaction, especially when you leave it in they’re hands to create a Bouquet of flowers for a special occasion! The team offer a great customer experience and friendly tone :)
I had such an excellent experience at this florist today. I was served by the wonderful Aimee!! I was totally clueless about what I was going to buy, but with her patience, kindness and sense of humour I left the shop feeling super happy and with an awesome bouquet of flowers!! 10/10!
I’ve only walked 100m away before deciding I need to write a review. The woman working today provided such an above and beyond attitude the day after Morher’s Day, still being exhausted from a busy weekend- she greeted and spoke to me with such enthusiasm, happiness and politeness. I’ve walked away from that interaction very positively, as I heard her greet the next customer in such a bubbly and sincere way. Thank you!
