I’ve seen a few different doctors here and they’ve all listened to me, been very caring, respectful, and done everything they can to help me. They’ve all been reassuring rather than dismissive even when I’ve gone in with minor issues. I’ve never had any issues with the front desk staff and it’s great to be able to book through HotDoc. Used to see Dr Raoul Thakur. A very caring doctor but Julie at reception constantly has the worst phone manner and treats you badly in person. Changing practices so as not to deal with this person. Julie did not even want to give me a booking. Was just told my doctor isn't available, was interrupted when I asked for an appointment tomorrow or Friday. Wait times are awful but the doctors are fantastic (2023ish) This used to be a 4 moved to 1. Called 30mins before appointment as I know they're always late. Told to be in for 12pm (on time). It's now 12:43 and still waiting. Last time - 4 of us are finding a new practice today (2024 and done).
Spoke to the ‘practice manager’ called Aliesha, all i can say I will never be coming here ever. And to the owners if that is your practice manager, please rethink your hiring process.
