DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!! They will promptly take your money and never give you access to the unit. I have called their customer service 4 times (customer service is wonderful they are out of TX)...whoever management is...horrible humans. PLEASE PLEASE think twice before using this facility. You have to put 1star to post the review....no choice to leave that blank.
Called, was told they had a unit the size I needed available. Went online to purchase it but it wasn’t listed. Called back and was told by someone else they unit size was not available but that they would have management call me back with more information. Never got a call back.
I had ask for a refund. Never received it. Been calling to speak to dome been waiting 4 days for a call back. I haven't moved into the unit at all and can't get a reply
The set up process was easy along with moving everything. Once I no longer needed the unit i could not get someone to help. Each time i called no one answered and did not receive a call back. When someone did pick up they said the manager would have to talk to me but i never heard from the manager. Now I am still getting charged for the unit 2 months later and still waiting for someone to cancel it. I would not recommend if you need a unit for a short period of time
Awesome storage unit and customer service. Clean and very secure. Drive in and use dollys to load or unload while staying dry and warm in the winter.
