This is our second furniture purchase from Indoor Furniture and a long overdue review. I cannot thank Eva and her team enough for delivering two beautiful and quality bedroom sets. 2 years ago when we were expecting our first child we looked all over for furniture and I was disappointed with the quality in most major retailers selling particle board furniture at premium prices. We ordered and paid in full at the end of June and was told our mattress would arrive in 6 weeks. After 6 weeks we called to check on the status and was told that due to summer break in Italy it would actually take 10 weeks, and Eva the sales person was adamant that this was relayed to us back in June. Which is silly as we would not have ordered the mattress from this store if we had known the long lead time... We called again at the end of September. Indoor Furniture A+ service and quality. The owner Eva and employee Dawn went above and beyond expectations when I had an issue with a table and insurance policy I purchased close to 5 years ago. My table was accidentally sliced and the insurance provider attempted a repair. It did not go well. Eva and Dawn got involved and had to make many phone calls.
