Great service. Very knowledgeable technician solved our problem that another company said we had no choice but to replace it on our office building.
Big promises, I found all my units with dirty filters, 3 quarters of my units not working. They blamed the previous person in my position but really we all know anyone in property management hate dealing with broke down Hvac units. If you sign up for their services be prepared to walk with them and verify everything they do.
IES is contracted by ETHAN CONRAD PROPERTIES for their HVAC services. Last year, we were charged $180 per quarter for our 1 working HVAC unit for routine maintenance. After 2 maintenance cycles, we noticed no signs of any maintenance and discovered the filters that we installed ourselves years ago still in the unit.
