My ac stoped working. Had Indoor Comfort experts out to investigate what the issue was. The technician was very professional and extremely nice and knowledgeable. He found the issue and resolved the problem. Would highly recommend. The people are extremely professional and nice
Both came to my home, checked it out, got it diagnosed and IMMEDIATELY ordered the parts needed. The parts took about a week to get in but that isn’t their fault at all. I had no issues with them. They were kind, fast and their receptionist called me ahead to make sure I was able to be home when they arrived. Great service.
Absolutely horrible customer service wife had to kick the tech out of the house. Tech contradict himself and when asked about got extremely aggressive. Do not let their techs in your home with your wife under any circumstances without having a male figure around. This company is extremely shady and want to do nothing but up sell services. They will talk down to a female like they no nothing in a heartbeat!!!
I can see why people are leaving poor reviews but honestly, as long as they get the job done and fix my HVAC, I couldn’t care less how they speak to me. Did they do a good job? YES! Did they diagnose and fix my HVAC within 10 minutes? YES! The reason I’m taking off one star is because they didn’t give me a call when they were on the way, showed up an hour and a half early (luckily both my husband and I were home) and they were very rushed when speaking. *****edit*** I suppose the one star I’m obligated to give while writing this review can go to Bryan or Bryce, the much younger tech who initially worked on our unit. He was patient and took the time to explain our situation clearly. Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated rapidly once William became involved. We were told we had the option to either add more refrigerant and leak stop or upgrade the entire unit.
