I can see why people are leaving poor reviews but honestly, as long as they get the job done and fix my HVAC, I couldn’t care less how they speak to me. Did they do a good job? YES! Did they diagnose and fix my HVAC within 10 minutes? YES! The reason I’m taking off one star is because they didn’t give me a call when they were on the way, showed up an hour and a half early (luckily both my husband and I were home) and they were very rushed when speaking. *****edit*** I suppose the one star I’m obligated to give while writing this review can go to Bryan or Bryce, the much younger tech who initially worked on our unit. He was patient and took the time to explain our situation clearly. Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated rapidly once William became involved. We were told we had the option to either add more refrigerant and leak stop or upgrade the entire unit. I recommend Indoor 1000%. Quick dispatching, friendly service, and knowledgeable technicians make this company worth 5 stars. If you want honest and upfront, no haggling information and service choose Indoor!! My family and I were well taken care of and it didn’t break the bank !!

The technicians took their time to really figure out what was wrong. I’ve had other companies barely look at my unit and immediately just try to get me to buy a whole new AC. It ended up being a leak and I needed a new fan. They saved me thousands of dollars. The owner took his time to answer all of my questions and very professional. I will definitely use them again

Do not use this company. I placed a service call through my home warranty and the technician showed up way outside the time window that was provided to me so they left. The next morning I was on the way to meet the technician and because he showed up just a couple of minutes before me he refused to wait and was very rude.
