Truly disappointed. We had scheduled a day to have our heating system repaired. WE never got a call to let us know the person helping us was on his way. He got to our home and could not wait. I am sorry that both my husband and I work outside of our home and do not know when someone arrives. We were hoping this professional would have called us to let us know he was on his way. Very good service. I called early Sunday morning and he Showed up exactly on time and performed work quickly. Very courteous and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for the work. Would definitely recommend.
My experience with Indoor Comfort has been exceptionally good. I bought an old farmhouse and updated the infastructure: new electric wiring, new double-pane windows, insulation, etc. The existing HVAC system was old and inefficient.
