Andrew went above and beyond helping my elderly Dad. Instead of going straight ahead and fixing the boiler and charging us, Andrew pointed out Dad may qualify for a new boiler and put us in touch with the relevant people. The upshot being, Dad was entitled to a new boiler and this saved us the expense of having the old boiler repaired. It is quite apparent Andrew definitely knows the technical aspects of boilers and heating systems and I would have no hesitation in using him again.
