I appreciate Josh so much. I called this morning to make an appointment for a furnace check up before the heating season begins. As luck would have it he had some time today. The furnace was cleaned and checked. A couple of problems were found with the humidifier, hose and something else water related that could have caused leaks. He took care of both. Now I feel I am ready for the heating season. Thank you Josh for your great service and attention to detail.

Today was our first service call from Indoor Climate Experts HVAC. Joshua was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and provided a fall tune up to both our furnace and humidification system. Services were very reasonably priced. He advised of an area of concern with the furnace but did not pull the panic alarm and try to up sell me into a new system. Fast, reliable service! Within a business day of reporting my HVAC issues a technician (Omar) had my issue identified and resolved. Every associate from JNL I contacted treated me with professionalism and courtesy, I will be recommending them to other home owners within my area!

We are beyond grateful for Josh today—he truly went above and beyond for our family! As first-time homebuyers, we were completely overwhelmed when our AC suddenly stopped working, especially with a heat advisory in effect. Josh is amazing. He is polite, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He fixed my AC the previous year and had my maintenance check today. I will use his services(Indoor Climate Experts) over and over again for sure.
