Horrible horrible company and customer service!!! Scheduled a technician for Thursday, was waiting at the until (where I don't live btw) called them many times and when they finally picked up they said its Scheduled for another day. Now on 2nd attempt received a phone call that the technician is coming in 30 min, drove all the way to the condo. No one showed up. For the past six months, the air conditioner unit in my bedroom had been making excessive noise. Upon reaching out to Indoor Air, the courteous lady in customer service promptly recorded my apartment details. Within five minutes, she called to confirm that a technician would arrive within the next 10 minutes. The technician, was very efficient, diagnosed and resolved the issue within 30 minutes.
