I booked a maintenance for my ac unit, the technician did a good job and left the space he worked at clean. He was also very helpful helping me to understand how the ac controller works. They gave me a big time window, but technician called me when he was on his way here. Overall I was pleased with the service.
Had a service completed yesterday by Ron. He was outstanding. Very efficient and professional. Customer service was good as well.
Indoor Air was excellent from start to finish. They approached the low airflow issue in our downtown condo thoughtfully, first trying to minimize costs before ultimately recommending and completing a full fan coil replacement, which proved to be the right solution. Communication was clear and professional, timelines were met, and pricing was fair for the scope of work. After a long stretch of unresolved issues with others, they restored our confidence in this trade and are now our go-to provider if necessary.
Indoor Air did a fantastic job swapping out my two old AC units for brand new systems. They have been running perfectly for the last 6 months. Great customer service all throughout the process. Highly recommended.
