I don’t know what happened to these people. They scheduled a service call for me on March 29 and didn't show up, didn’t call to cancel, not answering calls or returning calls now. Really disappointed because up till the past 6 months they’ve been fantastic. They talked me into setting up recurring billing for the service contract. That was a big mistake.
Joey and Josh were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and respectful.
