One star review reflects the experience of my most recent order. I ordered 2 suits. The pants came back horribly fitted. After multiple attempts to fix it they still are not right - the company should have remade them from scratch. You can only try to fix so many times. Highly recommend avoiding at all costs.

Pretty disappointing getting a wrinkled up suit in a box after spending $1400
Oh, where to begin. I booked an appointment at Indochino for myself and my groomsmen around 4 months out from my wedding date. Our chosen fabric was out of stock, however we were assured it should be available by June 12 (around 2 weeks from our appointment date). However, it was not until over 1 month later that the order was finally submitted - and with the wrong fabric! This error that was thankfully caught by one of my groomsmen. This review is not about the quality of their product since it never got to that point but the attitude and the vibe. Not sure if this is the vibe they’re going for, but I never feel welcome walking into this store. Every time I’ve been in, I’ve been met with attitude and judgment, not professionalism or hospitality. I was genuinely excited to order a couple of suits, but the way the staff spoke to me made me want to walk right out.
