I had the best shopping experience ever today thanks to Sasha. She helped me with the measurements and explained everything clearly and kindly. Her customer service was absolutely exceptional — incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I truly appreciate her professionalism and warm attitude. Highly recommended!

I have been to this location twice now and the service was excellent both times. Buying a suit should be an enjoyable and polished experience and that is exactly how it is at Indochino Yaletown.
Finally decided to upgrade my wardrobe due to multiple weddings, work, and my own wedding next summer so we went in to get 3 tailored suits and the experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend Kadeem, he was very knowledgeable and not a pushy salesman. I’m not a fashion person and relied on his expertise and I’m very excited to see how my suits turn out! Will be back again!
