Got 6 suits for myself and my groomsmen. All of them needed adjusting and were messed up. Some had right arm sleeves shorter than the left. This place butters you up on first visit and gives you sub-par products from China. Stay away.

Avoid Indochino at all costs! I booked an appointment to get 2 suits fitted for weddings I had this summer. The staff was very helpful and professional in the initial process of picking out fabrics, customizing options and getting measurements. I purchased the 2 suits with an ongoing promotion for somewhere in the range of $1600. Fast forward 2-3 weeks, I receive the suits in the mail and each are nearly unwearable. I bought a custom jacket and pants from Indochino for around $1,000 total, and I’m honestly very disappointed with the quality. I had barely even used the suit. After receiving it, I kept it stored in my closet inside its garment bag. Just 1.5 Months later, when I took it out, I noticed the fabric already had visible pilling, fuzzing, and small raised fibers that look like they’re peeling or lifting off the surface.
