I got two suits made from this location, and needed alterations once I got them back. Its been over 3 weeks for alterations and I've received no email or calls regarding the status. Instead, I called this location many times since and no one ever picks up. I'm extremely frustrated with their lack of communication and delayed services.

I'll be honest, I have no idea what a good suit fitting is supposed to be like, I've never had a tailored suit before. Overall it went smoothly, everything was quick and painless. They had demo suits so I could compare and the customer service was great. Can't wait to see the suit!
