I would highly recommend the IndoChen to anyone who has an open mind and well-rounded palate. The service and the food are extraordinary. You owe it to yourself to try their menu.
I am usually not a fan of hotel restaurants, but this is a fantastic place to eat. I wasn’t even staying at the hotel, but had to try the momo, and it didn’t disappoint. The daal makhani and garlic naan was also amazing, and I fell in love with the vanilla soda. The service was attentive and very friendly, and the whole place was immaculately clean. The whole experience was fantastic and the price much less than one would normally get in most hotel restaurants.
Totally blew my mind! A somewhat odd setting next to the lobby of the Hyatt, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The care they take with everything, from the warm and friendly service to the freshly prepared food was impeccable. Everything was incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared and presented. Absolutely the best paneer I’ve ever eaten and the tandoori chicken was incredibly moist and delicious. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Good vibes and some of the best Indian food we’ve ever eaten!
I have to say, Indo Chen has easily given me one of the best dining experiences I’ve had since being in Alexandria. ❤ From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, and Monica was such a beautiful part of that experience. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made me feel genuinely taken care of. Sometimes it’s the little things — someone checking on you, making sure you’re comfortable, or simply having a warm presence — that can completely change your experience, and Monica did exactly that. Delicious! Went with two friends and enjoyed the chaat, scrumptious okra (best okra ever!) and a chicken dish. SO much flavor and texture. Lovely atmosphere. Will definitely go back!!
