My grill and coffee machine has delivered with broken condition as you can see photo, but their answer is ‘ we do not cover insurance’. Do not recommend this place. And to get that answer I had to wait for a month.

Untuk pengiriman sama cepatnya seperti ekspedisi lain yang cukup terkenal. Hampir setiap Minggu saya menggunakan pengiriman dari mereka, Kirim hari Selasa dan hanya dalam 2 hari paket sudah bisa saya terima (Hari Kamis di Ausi). Pasti pakai Pesawat ini pengirimannya, makanya cepat

Sudah bertahun2 kirim lewat IndoExpress namun skrg udah kurang bagus lagi sejak ganti management. Kiriman dari Juli udah sebulan lebih masih belum sampai, dan akhir2 ini banyak bgt masalah, serta barang pecah karena tidak di handle with care dengan tim IndoExpress. Tidak recommend
The slowest delivery company. We sent the item from 20th June. And until today, my father has not received the delivery. I will not use this service anymore. Sea delivery Sydney to Jakarta doesn’t take more than 6 weeks. There are other shipment companies who are more reliable and able to guarantee delivery date.
