Such a rude owner … no staff , no accountability.. pls think twice before walking in
Absolutely terrible experience! This place should not even be offering eyebrow services. I clearly instructed how I wanted my brows done, but she completely ignored me, did them unevenly, ruined my shape, and was extremely harsh. She even cut my skin above my eye — that is completely unacceptable and shows zero skill. Have been here couple of times and loved it but when i went yesterday on weekend and it was very busy, it's just one complaint that either get more employees on weekends or say no to customers so that you don't hurry up on every customer and ruin the haircut and i don't think many people will mind paying extra for better work and i do understand everyone wants to make extra bucks but you can't compromise quality
