Incredibly disappointed in their communication this year. I've used them for about 5 years or so and no one will get back to me. Apparently this is their way of telling me they no longer want my business and to find a new accountant. It's hard enough to run a small business without your accountant ghosting you. Had I known I couldn't rely on them I would have prioritized finding someone new.
My wife and I have been going to Individual tax service for the past roughly 10 years. We have always loved getting to talk with Deb and the rest of the team! It feels like more than just a boring Tax appointment when we are there and it truly feels like we are part of the family :) We wouldnt dare go anywhere else! Thanks Deb and Kate! You are rockstars!!
