Had my Tesla model 3 repaired here after someone rear ended me. They were very professional and did a great job of keeping me updated on progress. Easy to contact via phone with any queries. In the end my car looks better than when I first bought it!
Years of expertise on show here. Ifbyou have a supercar this is the only place you should be taking it for repairs. If you don't then fool you. Thanks to Zee, an amazing fountain of knowledge and experience.
Individual has just completed a thorough and high quality front-end paint refurbishment on my 25-year old Ferrari Maranello (bonnet, bumper, wings, mirrors and sills). Great attention to detail and very well executed. May not be the cheapest, but worth it for such an excellent result and such personable customer care.
Can’t fault the team at Individual for the way they handled my car repairs. Had an issue with my sensors after the repairs and they had my car back in the same day I rang to look at it and order some new ones. Then Sorted me out with a loan car and had it fixed all in the same day! Very grateful especially to Amy for coming in early to sort out the loan car before 8am. Thank you again everyone
