It was ridiculous. When I made my appointment for my annual pap the person I spoke to over the phone told me I was required to come 30 min before my appointment time to fill out new patient paperwork. I was informed if I was not there 30 minutes before my appointment it would be canceled. The paperwork took 10 minutes to fill out. Then they had me waiting 2 hours after my appointment time to even get into a patient room.
