This review is about their customer service or lack thereof. Recently there was an error made on my order, I received too much of their detergent (six 64oz bottles). When I realized this and immediately called them, I was told that I had to pay for my own shipping and that there would not be any reimbursement for that. They make NO MENTION OF THAT in their "return policy". when I brought that up to the person I was dealing with she flatly stated that is just our policy.
