The shop itself is nice, I've been here a couple of times and it's lovely. However today. There was a guy with glasses. Doesn't even say hello back & gave no receipt and didn't even ask for my account with the shop as I know I have store credit from my last visit. After asking to add to my account, he asked for my name. However I'm 99% sure he didn't even add it in as he didn't ask for the spelling of my name which can be tricky.He just kept holding the card machine to my face and typing random letters and said it's done.
