Where's the ZERO star option, Google, this place doesn't even deserve the 1 star! I am deeply disappointed with Indigo Veterinary Services. What happened felt like a cash grab and borderline scam behaviour. Don't go there, would rather drive to Wangaratta! My dog was presented at this vet clinic by its carer while I was unavailable during business hours. Due to the nature of my work, I am completely uncontactable while at work. We visited Beechworth veterinary service today for our Ruby girl we forgot her medication at home and Helen the Vet helped us out she was extremely thorough contacted our vet at home to get Rubys history and saved us from having to return home. Also the receptionist was helpful both lovely to deal with. Thankyou very much Michele and Greg Basten
Thanks so much for taking great care of our beautiful arlo today it was stressful amd scary and the nurse Emily and vet Helen were both kind caring and professional
After being turned away by another vet because they were "too busy". We received immediate and excellent care of our dog who had a suspected brown snake bite. Very highly recommend this vet.
Exceptional Service. Dr. Helen Robinson is understanding, highly skilled, professional, experienced and reliable. She was clear with the possible outcomes and generous in the information she provided to enable us to make an informed decision. She used evidence based information to inform practice. Thank you for the excellent treatment and care you provided to my livestock. And thank you to all the staff who were friendly and professional when I rang the surgery for assistance.
