Indigo Vets’ service is truly fantastic. We are so grateful to Helen, Linda, and the entire team for the exceptional care they provide to our four dogs. Every visit is met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion, and it’s clear how much they truly care about every animal they treat. We always feel supported and reassured knowing our pets are in such loving and capable hands. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with their care. Highly recommend Indigo Vets to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary service.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Indigo Veterinary services for looking after my cats so well over the later parts of their lives. And for the kindness and compassion they displayed when we needed to euthanise our last one. It is lovely service that they could come and do that at our home.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. The vet I saw, Hellen, was very rough with my dog. I came in because of an eye problem—there was some cloudiness. She didn’t explain what she was doing, and when she did speak, she talked to me like I was a child. She showed no consideration for me or my dog at all. The worst part was when she used a cotton swab and pushed it into my dog’s eye very roughly, then twisted it around inside the eye. Thank you to the whole team at indigo Vet. This is probably my dog's favourite place in the world, and he just adores Dr Linda. Staff are always kind, happy to help and prompt when something is amiss with my doggo. I have found them thorough with their examinations, procedures and communication. Also well priced for consults, surgeries and follow-ups. I don’t think I’ve ever had a great experience here, I haven’t been here since my dog was a pup she’s now 6 and I really needed her checked as she wasn’t herself she did one big bark and they said I needed to wait outside.. no one was in the clinic at the time and it was thundering outside. After my dog had some bloods done and muzzle ( which I understand that ) put on here plus having heaps of thunder around she was pretty on edge I was really disappointed how the nurses responded to her making noises at her and carrying on... read more
