Thank you to the whole team at indigo Vet. This is probably my dog's favourite place in the world, and he just adores Dr Linda. Staff are always kind, happy to help and prompt when something is amiss with my doggo. I have found them thorough with their examinations, procedures and communication. Also well priced for consults, surgeries and follow-ups. I don’t think I’ve ever had a great experience here, I haven’t been here since my dog was a pup she’s now 6 and I really needed her checked as she wasn’t herself she did one big bark and they said I needed to wait outside.. no one was in the clinic at the time and it was thundering outside. After my dog had some bloods done and muzzle ( which I understand that ) put on here plus having heaps of thunder around she was pretty on edge I was really disappointed how the nurses responded to her making noises at her and carrying on... read more
I attended this vet a year ago with my dog suffering incontinence. He also had a lump on his neck which we asked about. The vet told us that it was scar tissue and nothing to worry about. Today my boy had major surgery as this so called scar tissue lump was actually a Marcel tumor. This whole situation of cancer could of been avoided year ago if the vet had probably checked the lump. Very disappointing.
We want to thank the wonderful people at Indigo Veterinarian facility. Helen and team were exceptional with our boy Gru, who was struggling to breath. We had two sleepless nights with his breathing and we thought the worst was inevitable. Their professionalism in the management of Gru was beyond words. We were able to continue our holiday and Gru has been fantastic since.. We cannot thank you enough. Trish
Where's the ZERO star option, Google, this place doesn't even deserve the 1 star! I am deeply disappointed with Indigo Veterinary Services. What happened felt like a cash grab and borderline scam behaviour. Don't go there, would rather drive to Wangaratta! My dog was presented at this vet clinic by its carer while I was unavailable during business hours. Due to the nature of my work, I am completely uncontactable while at work.
