We visited Beechworth veterinary service today for our Ruby girl we forgot her medication at home and Helen the Vet helped us out she was extremely thorough contacted our vet at home to get Rubys history and saved us from having to return home. Also the receptionist was helpful both lovely to deal with. Thankyou very much Michele and Greg Basten

After being turned away by another vet because they were "too busy". We received immediate and excellent care of our dog who had a suspected brown snake bite. Very highly recommend this vet.
Exceptional Service. Dr. Helen Robinson is understanding, highly skilled, professional, experienced and reliable. She was clear with the possible outcomes and generous in the information she provided to enable us to make an informed decision. She used evidence based information to inform practice. Thank you for the excellent treatment and care you provided to my livestock. And thank you to all the staff who were friendly and professional when I rang the surgery for assistance.
Worst Vet experience Ever!! The staff were judgemental and the Vets procedure on our beloved dog didn't go according to plan. The vet refused accountability and wanted us to pay again to fix her stuff up!! We took our dog to a vet in Wangaratta and they were able to repair the damage and were fantastic. We will NEVER return to the Vet in Beechworth. ***RESPONSE*** We did discuss our concerns with vet Helen and tried in vain to understand what went wrong.
