I went to see Thien at Indigo Total Wellness after struggling with some recurring upper back pain that I hadn’t been able to consistently improve with other modalities (PT, acupuncture, chiro, etc). He was very perceptive and pleasant to work with and was able to make helpful adjustments and point out postural and movement patterns I didn’t realize I had. The pain I’d been feeling went away after the first visit and has not returned since. Highly recommend!

Worked with Thien a few times for lower back pain. I haven’t been back in a while, but that’s because this is the longest I’ve gone without consistent pain. It’s like I was reset. The sessions are engaging so I also feel more aware of my body. I will be going back soon for maintenance and to address some other concerns. Thank you, T!

I can’t recommend Thien highly enough. For the better part of last year, I had been hobbling around with persistent discomfort and at times pain in my left knee and barely felt any stability or support.
