Recommendedthis is one of the very best speech and OT services in town. so grateful for the friendly and professional staff there that has been helping my children for the past 4 years.
We have had my child in indigo for 3 years now. we have had so much support and the ot and speech therapy have helped my son cope and develop and grow so much. We would recommend Indigo to anyone needing help with their child that has sensory processing disorder.
We have been with Indigo for 3+ year. We had a wonderful experience here. Our kid has always enjoyed being here every week. The therapists and staff have also been very good to us.
Indigo has been wonderfully supportive for us. They have worked very hard to check with the insurance over the years for appropriate coverage, they are flexible with rescheduling and have worked hard to get my son a time slot that fits with our schedule. He receives OT and ST here and it has consistently been a great experience! Our experience at Indigo has been WONDERFUL! We have been going for over 2 years now and we could not be happier with the service and progress of our child. Occupational Therapy requires time and commitment. How awesome is it that our son loves coming to his appointments and has an amazing relationship with his therapist. We consider them our Indigo Family and are so grateful to have been referred to them by our doctor. They hear our concerns as parents and they listen to and understand our child. Our son has received OTR services here for 2+ years. The Therapists & Staff are wonderful, professional and friendly.
We had a horrible experience here with my three year old daughter. I've tried to warn other parents. They tried to evaluate my 3 year old daughter who has issues with staying focused in a room full of toys, then got mad at her when she wouldn't pay attention. I finally said this is not going to work and walked out. Overall, they were very rude. We are now at chatterbox and it's a million times better. Please be wary of this place.
I started out on a waitlist. No biggie to wait. 12 days before my appt to get my daughter evaluated I get a phone call saying oh, you are waitlisted again. I had brought all her medical records, filled out all paperwork, gotten my referral only to be waitlisted a 2nd time. She is struggling in school and a to be waitlisted a 2nd time is not fair for her. I feel like her precious time is being wasted when I could have found another therapist in the mean time. This is HIGHLY unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone.
My daughter has been going to Indigo for a couple of months so far and it has been an AMAZING experience for her! She is slowly coming out of her shell and the staff and environment is something she anxiously looks forward to every week.
