I made and confirmed an appointment for getting my hair done for a wedding 2 weeks before the date and was in contact with the salon over text two days before my appointment. The day of, no one was in the shop (it appeared to be closed) and I still have not received a response back on why I was ghosted for this appointment. Really unprofessional and unreliable :(
