We are incredibly grateful to Amy at Indigo the Salon in Kennebunk for taking such wonderful care of our foster daughter's severely matted hair. We were at a loss for words when she arrived, and Amy graciously offered to help us, going above and beyond. She was patient, kind, and gentle throughout the process, giving our little one so much confidence and hope. I made and confirmed an appointment for getting my hair done for a wedding 2 weeks before the date and was in contact with the salon over text two days before my appointment. The day of, no one was in the shop (it appeared to be closed) and I still have not received a response back on why I was ghosted for this appointment. Really unprofessional and unreliable :(
Kevin is an amazing colorist and stylist. He takes such care in what he does.
