Roaches that’s all I have to say
Horrible plumbing that backs up and floods units. My apartment flooded 6 times in 16 months. The c response from office??? Made sure i knew that my renters insurance was responsible and they were not. Flooding destroyed the cabinets and ruined rugs, shoes, clothing and furniture......5 TIMES! Roaches everywhere. Dumpsters overflowing with trash frequently and all over the complex. Maintenance is slow to no in their response and have nasty attitudes. Gates are always broken and ledt open. Main manager professional assistant or regular employees are very rude and belittling. Cam to office with two issues and she was very rude and unprofessional. She was pregnant so I just let her be rude and messaged main manger and she took care of the issue fast and very professional. The issue was with wrong rent amounts posting in the portal.
John did an excellent job fixing things. Lived here 15 years and love it
