Garrett did a very good job fixing the leaking AC. He has fixed all my service requests and has done a very good job.
I would give Indigo Spring Apartments zero stars if I could. Living here was an absolute nightmare. Maintenance is practically nonexistent — they NEVER fix anything. And when you report issues (even things that are clearly due to old or faulty equipment), they have the nerve to accuse residents of causing the damage. It’s honestly insulting. I've lived here for a few years and you wanna know something interesting.... I've kept a log of every day the front AND now back gate hasn't been working and in the years I've lived here my google doc shows its only worked 56% of the time... I'm paying to live in a gated community and I'm not even getting the gate. Lets not forget to mention the mail box situation that's been going on for MONTHS. Disgustingly overpriced for old apartments. The ENTIRE COMPLEX IS COVERED in dog/car poop! Literally even the sidewalks. Forget having your kids play in the grass! Some apartments have such a horrible odor they are smelled several doors down. We’ve been here 3 years and all our cabinets are peeling off. We have our water shut off at least 1-3 x a month. Constant construction being done. Cops are here bare minimum 2 times a week. You have to PAY for parking. We pay 2500 PLUS parking fees?!? Insane! Gym and pools are nice but ... read more
