my appointment was cancelled without notice. when I booked the appointment I gave my cell and my email yet I didn't receive a confirmation nor cancellation email/text. I'm glad there are so many other options for spa & wellness in Windermere & Winter Garden. I'm sure I can find somewhere that conducts business properly.
