I purchased this mattress a month ago, with the promise if I wasn't happy i could return within 50 days. The mattress is hurting my back and not firm enough, so i sent a message i want to return. They told me since i only paid half down and still owe a balance i cant return. I'm so upset! I am now stuck with a 900 dollar mattress that is worse than the one i replaced it with.
