Beware of this unlawful company, they gave a proposal for a sign that was 4 times anyone elses price, when asked to split the sign charge out from the installation charge on the bill, they refused. How can they charge appropriate tax if the consumer does not know the labor from the product price. The problem with this company is they think they have a Monopoly in Bismarck and that is why they think they can treat people in this manner.
