My boyfriend and I applied to live out here and we were denied. When I called and told the lady we were denied and I was curious as to why for future reference she would not tell me why. I thought they had to tell you why your application was denied especially if you spent money for it.

Brand new PUBLIX 10 minutes away. PEP BOYS auto 🚙 repair shop 10 minutes away. VOTRAN Bus Service 7 days a week. Lots of SENIORS. Has Laundromats, Gym, Pool. And the best management staff ever! At reasonable prices.
What a pleasure it has been for us to live in Indigo Pines Apartments. From the onset we we were treated with warmth and concern as we made our way to Daytona Beach from across the state. Kudos to Rhonda and the office staff for their above and beyond service, and to Izzy and his crew who keep this property in top condition. Our apartment is cozy and charming. I haven’t been a resident in about two years, but my experience there had its good and bad days. Mostly good. They were pretty clean when it came to shared public areas. The front staff Brenda and Rhonda were nice and efficient, and the maintenance men Izzy and Omar were awesome! It was pretty quiet most of the time, but there were parking issues, and flooding when it rained. The rent went up significantly yearly as well.
