We first met Luis working for our next door neighbor. He was fixing the popcorn ceiling in their garage. He did such an awesome job we hired him to do the same thing for us. That was five years ago. Since then we've had Luis back many times. He painted all of the ceilings in our house, has done patch jobs and even came out to fix paint other contractors marred.
