We moved to Indigo a year ago. Our realtor, Amy Cullen, with Michael Saunders & Company, found the perfect home for us. We love it here. This community is friendly, well-maintained, and has great amenities. Neil built solid homes in here. We've had no damage from the hurricanes. We love our view looking out over the pond and have no regrets with our purchase.
Lovely community in Lakewood Ranch with all types of modeled homes and villas.
Community is not well run. Common areas are horrible. Signs put up everywhere, especially on the North end. Looks junky. HOA discriminates against villa owners in my opinion. Neal builds a good home but the community has gone downhill since Neal left.
Always mowing, tree trimming and leaf blowing everyday so definitely not a quiet community. Cannot wait to move, many homes for sale now sets the tone!
I was a "snowbird" for 15 years with a Westin villa in Lakewood Ranch Country Club Village. I would always go to open houses for homes in the village. Neal became my favorite to view because they were always finished beautifully. I contacted Neal when I was planning a move to come down permanently.
