Came here for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised. I ended up ordering the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans. I was expecting pub food, and this was so much better. I was in a hurry and my server recognized this and worked quickly with me saying a word. Originally I came by here to check out their patio, but I am glad I dined inside. They adjusted the lighting throughout the dusk to keep the atmosphere.
I had the Carne Asada Steak, it was cooked perfect, but just didnt care for the flavor. The green beans had a strong sauce on them that was a bit over the top. My wife had coconut shrip and she said they were "alright". The server was kind and it was nice having a pitcher of water at our table. overall the restaurant was decent. We probably won't go back, however if you want to give it a shot, maybe you will love it. I hope you do!
I always order the Carne Asada it's always consistently good. Had the starter Beet salad, fresh, good. I always commented on their boiled vegetables being a waste of money, now whether it was my comments or not they changed to roasted/pan fried. They had the best roasted green beans! I must admit I was part of the clean plate club!! Indigo does not disappoint.
