More than just a bad haircut, my experience was awful and I'm appalled that both the salon and stylist are uninterested in making it right or even apologizing. I've worn a hat since getting my curls cut here over 2 weeks ago because I had to wait to get it fixed elsewhere. The first words of the curly hair specialist I finally saw today: "Oof." It was one of the worst curly cuts she's seen. She had to recut my whole head. I chose Indigo because a stylist there advertises they cut curls. I now know they do not actually unders... read more
