I had no idea what to expect with a float tank. And I wanted to be skeptical. I noted a few things that I really enjoyed (welcoming, informational guide/receptionist, calming -albeit different - experience) and a few that I thought would turn me off (tea mentioned online never offered, no conditioner available, some moldy looking spots on the ceiling). Don’t waste your time. I set an appointment with them and no one was there when I arrived for said appointment, facility was closed. Called and received no answer. Never got a follow up call from my voicemail. They clearly don’t value your time so don’t waste it here.

I was gifted the experience of a Dead Sea Bath and wasn't sure what to expect. When I arrived, the receptionist was nice, welcoming, and had my soak tub ready to go. Upon entering the room, she added the salt to the tub and gave me a brief description of what was in the room. The tub, a sauna, and a shower stall. A small bucket that had ice packs a bottle of water and a bottle of coconut water. Staff seemed to be in a bad mood and in a rush to leave so kept turning the light on and off for no reason the room was very cold and another customer complained about it too plus the room and was very filthy! I am a little claustrophobic and this didn’t made my experience easier so just ended up getting out earlier and since it was my first time I used the chair which was not even working properly and she kept walking back and forth cleaning and putting things away to close as soon as I walk out also locked the door when it... read more
