Very poor project management skills! Constantly waiting, they can't figure out a way to hold to a time line for nothing. Then want you to pay more, because it took two years to do something that should've been done in 6 mo. Will constantly place the blame on waiting for the city or engineers or something other than they forgot or are to bush to handle your project. If they have bigger priorities you will be pushed aside.

Going to do a great job :-) Well at least I thought they were going to. The job is getting ready to happen. I have emailed them and they were a yes and on their calendar. Now they say they're not going to do it and call someone else. He says he was under the impression that Site services was doing the job? I have had no communication with that company what so ever. This contractor performed site preparation including all infrastructure such as 5BR septic, storm water, etc. and foundation with split-block skirting for installation of a manufactured home. Excellent communication, exceptional quality and reliability within budget.

Contractor was hired for manufactured home and garage. The workmanship is poor quality and rework rate was very high. The company was not honest and even tried to over bill elderly clients. Home was placed at the wrong elevation and garage overhang not built to approved drawing so had to be approved by engineer. We will be going after remedies that cost more time and energy. If specific details are needed we will gladly supply. This contractor should be avoided

Indigo Enterprises was highly recommended by the dealer who sold us our manufactured home and by the management of the park we selected. Peter met with us at the site and was very clear about what we could and couldn’t do with the home on the odd-sized lot in the park. His suggestions were excellent and we are pleased with the decisions we made together.
