Dr. Sommerfeld was patient and caring. I feel confident moving forward with his treatment plans.
I’ve been going to Dr. Dewji for many years! I have Meniere’s and hearing loss that goes with it. Dr. Dewji is so patient, kind and knowledgeable. I actually look forward to seeing him and our chats. His receptionist staff are ever friendly and fast to deal with any changes or issues. I would actually give them 6 stars if there was that option! Judy
Just called the office with a few inquiries. Receptionist was robotic and simply repeated the same information over and over without even letting me ask my question. When I politely called her out for being rude, she claimed I was yelling at her and hung up the phone. She clearly hates her job. I can see why the office has such a low rating.
Had a very positive experience with Dr. Dewji & his staff. Throughout the initial phone call appointment, in person consult, and follow up, Dr. Dewji was professional and kind; answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. He treated my ear and I’ve not had any issues since! Highly recommend!
Staff at the front desk was kind and prompt. Dr Gooi was very kind and fast. He's also quite skilled. Over all a great experience .
